Range
CZT Series of Direct Current Electromagnetic
Contactor are suitable in D.C. control circuit
with voltageD.C.550V or below. Used to make
and break circuit .CZT CZT Series of Direct
Current Electromagnetic Contactor can even
meet such special demands as electric locomotives
,diesel locomotives ,electric motor cars and
electric apparatus . CZT Series of Direct
Current Electromagnetic Contactor can be widely
used in the control of D.C. machines, D.C.
Electromagnetic, loops of accumulator jar
as well as loops of capacitance etc.
2. Technical Characteristics
CZT series of D.C.contactors, designed with
lots of advanced technologies both abroad
and at home as well as the consideration of
the facts and the levels of technology in
our country, are effectively and widely used
.The main structures are as follows:
2.1 Electromagnetic System
Type 10,20 and 40 of CZT D.C. contactors are
designed with the structures of armoring coil
so as to make the pull characteristics flat,
moment begin is designed to make sure the
flux leakage can be fully used. The electromagnet
of CZT-100 is designed with a fashioned iron
.The loops of coil are made up of groups of
electronic module so as to save energy via.
2.2 Contact system
The major contact is designed as bridge type
with two break points increase break points
in order to decrease clearance between open
contacts. The contacts of CZT-10 and CZT 20
contactors have magnetic piece in the flinks
of the "U" fashioned iron so that
the arc produced when breaking can be blown
and put out in order that the contactors have

2.3 Arc Extinction system
The arc Extinction of the permanent magnet
design is an important part of CZT Series
of Direct Current Electromagnetic Contactor.
In order to get strong magnetic field strength
as well as prevent the damping of magnetic
field strong, (ALNiCo8) magnetic steel ,tally:LNGT
60, is used. ALNiCo8 is a kind of material
that has good stability and high curie temperature.
Type tests and practical tests in which the
devices are set in a diesel locomotive and
run for 300,000 kilometers (periodic repair)
show that the intensity of magnctic field
on the surface of magnet steel damps little.
With the fixed intensity of magnetic field
of permanent magnet, CZT series have solved
the problem that the contacts are hard to
break when blow-out coil is used for arc Extinction.
